If you don't absolutely love your new Sandie Cheeks bikinis, send back any full priced item for a refund*, exchange* or store credit* within 30 days using our prepaid return shipping labels. (shipping fees are not refunded)
Free returns are valid on US orders only. *Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.

Step 3 Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of being delivered at Sandie Cheeks. Exchanges or store credit will be processed in 2-3 business days.
Condition of a Returned Swimsuit,
Swimsuits that are being returned for a refund, exchange or store credit must be sent back in sellable condition.
Due to health regulations, Sandie Cheeks will not accept returned swimsuits with stains or odors such as deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume or smoke.
Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Sandie Cheeks Swimwear's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Sandie Cheeks will happily accept any returns within 30 days of the order date for any swimsuit that was sold at full price. *Pre-order items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. All returned swimsuits or activwear for a refund must be in its original packaging, along with hygiene liners and original hang tags still attached.
Note- Once a return is created, a return must be received within 10 Days.
Note - If you return over $500 in a 3 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy.
Exchanges & Store Credit,
Sandie Cheeks will happily accept store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the order date for any swimsuit or activewear that’s full priced, or purchased with a promotional discount of 25% or less - Please note: this excludes items marked SALE at checkout.
Items sent back for a different size or style that is no longer available will be issued store credit. Full priced Items that are being exchanged for a different style will be sent an invoice if there is a price difference.
Please note: Customers willing to exchange sale items must only exchange for items of the same price.
Final Sale Items,
***All items marked final sale, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, body care, free gifts, or promotional items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit ***
Black Friday sales are also final with an exception of an exchange for same suit different size IF size is available.
What items are not returnable?
- Bikinis or Active wear bought during sales
- Clothing 30% OFF or more
- Accessories including Sunglasses, Body Care, Jewelry, Shoes, Floaty's, Gift Cards, or promotional items
Do you accept international returns?
International orders are not eligible for free return shipping. Please email us to return international order.
What if I received a damaged item?
Defective items must be reported to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
How do I care for my bikini?
To keep your new bikini in the best condition we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces - keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a dip in the ocean or pool, rinse bikinis off with freshwater. This keeps your suits looking vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine. Instead, hand wash your bikini with mild soap in cold water. Most of our colors will not bleed but to be safe please do not mix light and dark colors while washing. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Always avoid contact with oils, sunscreen, and heavily chlorinated pools.
Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately.
We do not offer price adjustments.
